is a senior at H.P. Baldwin High School. She has played the flute for seven years and has been part of Baldwin’s concert and symphonic bands since her freshman year. Heather served as a section leader and drum major in the “Bear Pride” marching band. She is also first chair in this year’s Maui District Honor Band.She has studied privately with Peggy Schecter for four years, and has been a member of the Maui Flute Choir for three years. In addition to her musical activities, she is also president of Baldwin’s book club, a video leader in her school’s digital media club, and a member of the National Honors Society.
