is a 12th grader at Maui High School. She has been playing the flute for 6 years, and has been studying privately with Peggy Schecter the last two years. Emily is currently participating in the MHS Symphonic and Honor Band, as well as the Concert and Chamber Choir.

She is also a member of the Marching Band as the Head Drum Major. Aside from band and choir, Emily enjoys dancing hula for Kumu Uluwehi Guerrerio with Halau Hula Kauluokala. Emily plans to become a Music Educator.
