learned to love music playing the piano and the clarinet for many years before switching to flute, once her two children went off to college.

Mary played in various community bands, flute choirs and orchestras while working as a nurse anesthesist in Pennsylvania and Florida.

Three years ago, Mary moved to Maui where , in addition to playing the flute, she loves gardening, cooking and baking, yoga and singing with the Maui Choral Arts Chorus.

Mary plays a Muramatsu flute and a Burkart-Phelan piccolo.
